Elite Swing uses text messages to communicate about hitting lesson scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer support - and, only for clients who separately opt in, weekly availability announcements.

Information we collect: your name, phone number, the messages you send us, and - when you sign up for texts on our website - the IP address, browser, and timestamp of that sign-up, kept as a record of your consent.

How we use it: to schedule and manage lessons and provide customer support, and - only for clients who separately opt in - to send weekly availability announcements.

Sharing: we do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number, SMS consent, or opt-in status with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers (such as our SMS platform provider) may process messages solely to help us deliver them.

Opt-out: reply STOP to stop any or all text messages. You can sign up again anytime on our website.
